Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Prepare and process shipping and receiving documentation, including bills of lading, packing slips, invoices, and customs paperwork (if applicable).
•Verify all incoming and outgoing documentation against purchase orders and sales orders.
• Ensure shipping and receiving records are accurately filed and easily retrievable for audits and compliance purposes. • Update shipment status in real time to support inventory accuracy.
• Maintain organized digital and/or physical records of shipment
Job Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree in logistics, supply chain, or business preferred. • 1–3 years of experience in shipping/receiving or logistics administration within a warehouse/distribution environmentMaterial Handler 1st shift

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Comply with company policies and procedures, safety rules and regulations.
- Fill hoppers/dryers with material.
- Empty grinders.
- pre-dry upcoming materials.
- Clean material loaders, grinders during color and mold changes.
- Ensure the machine is clean and ready for startup.
- Ensure auxiliary equipment is in place for startup.
- Maintain cleanliness and general appearance of storage and production areas.
- Operate a forklift.
- Move finished product to designated inventory staging area as necessary.
- Report safety and housekeeping concerns to the management.
- Any other duties as assigned by supervisor or management.
